West Indies won the toss and decided to field in the second and final Twenty20 International against South Africa on Thursday at the Vivian Richards Cricket Ground.
West Indies have brought Shivnarine Chanderpaul in to replace Nikita Miller in the only change to their line-up.
South Africa, however, have been forced to include David Miller and Lonwabo Tsotsobe for the injured pair of Jacques Kallis and Charl Langeveldt, while Morne Morkel replaces left-arm spinner Roelof van der Merwe.
South Africa lead the two-match series 1-0, after they won the opening match on Wednesday by 13 runs at the same venue.
